Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the trader;
Day: calendar day;
Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time;
Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed to him personally in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information;
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance;
Distance contract: an agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organised by the entrepreneur for distance selling of products and/or services, up to and including the conclusion of the agreement, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication;
Technique for distance communication: means that can be used for concluding an agreement, without the consumer and entrepreneur having come together in the same room at the same time;
General Terms and Conditions: the present General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.
Article 2 – Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 3 – Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the terms can be inspected and they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the terms will be made available electronically in such a way that they can be stored on a durable data carrier.
If additional product or service conditions apply, the consumer may always rely on the provision most favourable to him.
If one or more provisions are void or annulled, the remaining provisions remain in force and will be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the original intent.
Situations not provided for shall be assessed in the spirit of these terms.
Article 4 – The offer
If an offer has a limited validity or conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is without obligation. The entrepreneur may change the offer.
Descriptions, images, and data are indicative. Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Images are a true representation, but colours may differ.
Each offer clearly states:

how the agreement is concluded

whether the right of withdrawal applies

payment, delivery, and execution methods

the acceptance period

distance communication costs

whether the agreement is archived

correction options for entered data

minimum duration (if applicable)
Article 5 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions.
Electronic acceptance is confirmed electronically.
The entrepreneur ensures secure data transfer and payment.
The entrepreneur may refuse an order if there are justified grounds.
The consumer will receive written confirmation including complaint address, withdrawal conditions, guarantees, and termination rules.
Agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw within 14 days after receipt.
Products must be handled with care and returned in original condition where possible.
Withdrawal must be communicated in writing or by email within 14 days.
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notification.
Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt or proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

custom-made products

personal products
-
perishable goods
-
fluctuating market-priced goods
-
newspapers and magazines
-
unsealed audio/video/software
-
unsealed hygiene products
And for services such as accommodation, transport, leisure, betting, and lotteries.
Article 9 – The price
Prices remain valid during the stated period, except VAT changes.
Prices may fluctuate due to market conditions.
Import VAT and customs fees are collected by courier services.
No liability for typographical errors.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products comply with the agreement and legal requirements.
Guarantees do not affect statutory rights.
Defects must be reported within 14 days.
Warranty excludes misuse, modifications, or abnormal conditions.
Article 11 – Delivery and implementation
Orders are executed within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
Delays give the consumer the right to dissolve the agreement.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after dissolution.
Risk passes upon delivery to the consumer.
Article 12 – Duration transactions
Consumers may terminate ongoing contracts with max. one month notice.
Fixed-term contracts may not be tacitly renewed except as legally permitted.
After one year, contracts may be terminated with one month notice.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be made within 7 working days.
Incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.
Reasonable collection costs may be charged in case of non-payment.
Article 14 – Complaints procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days.
Responses are provided within 14 days.
Valid complaints may result in repair or replacement.
Article 15 – Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements, even if the consumer resides abroad.
