Orders within the country are usually delivered within 5 to 10 days after dispatch. We believe our products are worth the wait—and by choosing this shipping method, you are also contributing to a more sustainable environment.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
RETURNS
All items returned to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that you must first request a return slip from our customer service via vyramark@gmail.com before returning any goods.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed, and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
We are responsible for damage or loss of products during shipment. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with torn packaging, please contact our customer service at vyramark@gmail.com as soon as possible.
